How to get my work If you are interested in buying a painting, I would be happy to talk to you about it by email (the email address is on my contact page). I can make arrangements for you to collect works in person in London, England, or I can ship from England to anywhere in the world, and the shipping cost is not very high. Shipping and mounting I ship all works well protected to anywhere in the world. Oil paintings are well protected, unframed and off their stretcher. Works on paper (such as acrylics and drawings) are mounted on acid-free conservation board (or they can be supplied unmounted if you prefer), with the exception of pastels, which because of their delicate nature are shipped unmounted. It means that for works on paper, the price includes mounting. Framing The price of the works is unframed, and you can then arrange for framing where you live. Or if you like, I can arrange for the work to be framed, using acid-free conservation board, glass or plexiglass, and high quality wood of good width which will set off the painting beautifully. But bear in mind that this framing is expensive, and also the shipping will be expensive. Quotations on request. Postage Postage worldwide, registered, well packed and by air mail, is just $20.00 for sending an unframed work up to 14 inches x 12 inches. For bigger works, and for framed works, postage is by quotation on request. Payment Prices are in US dollars and an ordinary US check is OK. Or by PayPal, or by cheque in pounds sterling. Details on request. Check by e-mail first that the work is still available before sending a payment. All sales are final. The images on this site give a fair idea of the works. (In fact, the works generally look a good deal better than the images.) Therefore I don't take works back, with the sole exception of if a work is damaged in transit, which is unlikely because I pack them well. Tax Any tax, customs duty, etc., is your responsibility. All details can be easily arranged, and if you are interested, the best thing is to send me an e-mail (the email address is on my contact page) and we can take it from there. |
